You may return any item for refund of the purchase price of the item. Please note, we do not refund shipping and handling charges, only the actual price of the item(s) you are returning. We cannot accept returns of opened music and/or video titles. Additionally, we cannot accept returns of apparel that has been washed or worn. Please make sure you are not wearing any heavy perfumes or colognes when trying on apparel. If the item has a strong odor, it will be deemed worn. The acceptance of any return will be at our sole discresion.
To return an item, ship to the address below along with a print out of your original order email receipt and a note stating what item(s) you are returning and why. If you do not have your original order email, please include a note with your full name and order number.
