Below are the steps that you will go through when shopping at Bandwear.com. Also, feel free to browse around the site and view your favorite bands' merchandise. There is no obligation to purchase anything. The following instructions look like a lot of information, but purchasing merchandise on this site is EXTREMELY EASY!!!! 1. Click on your favorite music category on the left of the site and then select your favorite band/artist or Search for your favorite band/artist in the Artist Search Box. 2. After clicking on your favorite band/artist, you will then be able to see thumbnail images and descriptions of all the merchandise available for that artist. 3. Like what you see? Click on the Thumbnail Image for a more detailed view of the item. Choose the quantity of each size you would like to purchase and click "Add To Basket". After clicking on the "Add To Basket" button, the items will be added to your cart and you will be returned to the Artists category page. 4. If you want to continue shopping, just select another image to view or even select another Artist to go to. You can put merchandise from as many different Artists in your Shopping Cart as you want. 5. Done Shopping? Now it's time to Checkout. It is always best to view your Shopping Cart before checking out. This will allow you to Add or Remove items from your Shopping Cart before continuing. Just click on the "Review Basket" link at the top of the page. 6. View your Shopping Cart. Do you have everything you want in your Shopping Cart? This is your last chance to Add or Remove items before Checkout. 7. When you are done viewing your Shopping Cart, click on the "Checkout" button to continue the checkout process. 8. Checkout. If you are a current customer, login with your username and password. If you are not already a customer, you can place an order without an account or you can create an account to be used for future orders. Click "Place order without Account" to place your order without creating an account or click "Create New Account" to create your shopping account for this and future purchases. 9. When you are done filling out your billing and shipping information, click the Continue button at the bottom right of the screen to move to the Shipping/Payment Method screen. This screen will verify the information that you have typed in on the previous form and list all the items in your basket and the tax amount if you live in Texas. You will also need to choose your Shipping Method and Payment Method for your orders and redeem any coupons or gift certificates you may have. 10. Coupons and Gift Certificates. Enter the coupon or gift certificate number in the space provide and click the "Redeem Coupon" or "Redeem Gift Certificate" button. The coupon or gift certificate will then be applied to your order and will show up as an item in your basket. 11. Shipping. Choose the method of shipping you want. Each method will show you the cost of shipping your order. Our standard shipping method is US Priority Mail. 12. Payment. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Choose your payment method and click Continue. 13. Payment Information. You will be asked for your specific payment information. Please enter your credit card number and expiration date and the name as is appears on the card. All of your payment information is collected on SSL Secure Servers, so nobody can view your payment information. Once you have filled in the payment information, click on Continue. 15. Transaction Approved. This page is your receipt. Please print this page for your records. You will also receive an e-mail copy of your order. Your order will be reviewed and processed as soon as possible. You will notified via e-mail when your order has shipped. Please make sure you enter your e-mail address and shipping address correctly. Mistyped shipping addresses are the primary cause for late or lost orders. 16. Your credit card statement will reflect a charge by "BANDWEAR.COM" in the amount of your order.
