SHIPPING & HANDLING
Our cart system is integrated with both the USPS and UPS rate calculation systems. Your postage charge is calculated automatically based on the weight of the products you order and the distance you live from Dallas, Texas (the point of origin for shipment). Handling charges are also calculated into the postage. You will always see the cost of shipping before committing to placing your order.
We take pride in our customer service and your satisfaction
is important to us. If an item is in stock, your order will be processed right
away. However, since inventory can change significantly from day to day, an
item may be in stock when you initially place your order, and be sold out by
the time your order is processed. If a majority (at least 50%) of your order
is in stock, it will be shipped and the out of stock items will be deducted
from your order. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
If more than 50% of your order is temporarily out of stock we will place your
order into Backorder Status. We will make every diligent effort to restock as
soon as possible.
Backorders generally take 3-4 weeks. In some cases it could
take a little longer if our distributor is out of stock on the item.
If you are ordering from outside the US, please be aware that
any customs or import duties that are levied on the ordered package once it
reaches its final country of delivery, are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
