Why is my credit card being denied? ^top
Here are some reasons why your card might be denied:
- The Credit card company processing your card, for whatever reason has deemed that there are not enough funds or too many transactions on your account to process this order. You will need to contact your credit card company or bank.
- The credit card information you entered did not pass our Billing Address Verification Check. When we check a card for available funds, we also check to make sure that the billing address of the card matches what the user entered. This is one way that we protect our customers against fraud. If the billing address doesn't match, then the order will be declined.

Make sure you have filled out all of the fields, including the country you will ship to. If you still have problems, go to http://store.bandwear.com/support and fill out a trouble ticket with a description of your problem and we'll look into your specific case.
How long will it be until my order ships? ^top
We try to fill most orders within 48 hours of receiving them, however please allow one to two weeks for delivery within the United States. It can take as little as three days for delivery depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping times can take up to 4 weeks due to heightened security on international packages. IMPORTANT: PRIORITY MAIL does not mean your order will ship immediately and be to you in 2 Days. Most orders are processed within 48 hours and then shipped. PRIORITY MAIL then takes 2-3 days from the date SHIPPED, not the date you place your order.
It's been a long time and I still don't have my order. What do I do? ^top
Go to http://store.bandwear.com/support and fill out a trouble ticket. You need to have your Order Number and Name. This is the number that you received via email confirmation when your order was placed. When you ordered, you were directed to a page where you were prompted to print your receipt--the number is on that page. As soon as we receive your trouble ticket we will investigate and get back to you. Please allow 24 hours for a response. We do not have customer service reps available on the weekends.
Can I contact the band I'm ordering from through Bandwear? ^top
No, we only run their online store and process the orders made through the Bandwear system. If you have a question for the band you will need to go to the band's website.
Can I place an order without a credit card? ^top
Yes. We do take money orders or cashiers checks. No personal checks and only U.S. currency. To place your order, just go through the process of ordering on the website until you get to the order total page (you won’t have to enter credit card info before this point), print two copies of that page, then send one copy along with a money order or cashiers check for the total to: Bandwear.com, 10486 Brockwood Rd, Dallas, TX 75238. Please allow two weeks from our receipt of your order for your merch to arrive.
We don't recommend ordering this way because we can't guarantee how long it will take for your order to get to us and for us to ship it out to you. Plus, there is always a chance that we might run out of an item by the time we receive your order.
What is the Card Code? ^top
The card code is a three or four digit number located on the back of credit cards and bank cards. This number is an added fraud protection feature used when someone is purchasing a product online or over the phone.
